Strawberry Honeybun Cake with Strawberry Cream Icing

Strawberry Cream Icing:

1 ยฝ cups ๐Ÿ“ powdered sugar

2 tbsp ๐Ÿฅ› heavy cream

2 tbsp ๐Ÿ“ strawberry preserves

ยฝ tsp ๐Ÿ“ vanilla extract

Istruzioni

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.

In a bowl, mix ๐ŸŽ‚ cake mix, ๐Ÿฅ› milk, ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ oil, ๐Ÿงˆ butter, and ๐Ÿฅš eggs.

In another bowl, combine ๐Ÿ“ strawberry preserves, ๐Ÿ๏ธ brown sugar, ๐Ÿฏ honey, ๐Ÿ“ vanilla, and ๐ŸŒฟ cinnamon.

Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread the ๐Ÿ“ mixture on top, then cover with the remaining batter.

Swirl with a knife and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Mix ๐Ÿ“ powdered sugar, ๐Ÿฅ› cream, ๐Ÿ“ preserves, and ๐Ÿ“ vanilla to make icing.

Pour icing over warm cake and let it set.
