Gochujang Steak Bowls

Ingredienti

For the steak marinade:

2lb skirt steak

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 garlic clove, grated

1 tsp honey

1 tsp cornstarch

For the bowl:

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

2 cups broccoli florets

1 carrot, shredded or sliced

½ cucumber, thinly sliced

2 soft boiled eggs

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 green onion, sliced

1 cup kimchi

Istruzioni

Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add sliced steak and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Prepare rice and other bowl toppings. Grill steak and broccoli.

Assemble bowls and top with spicy mayo or other sauce if desired.
