Lois McVey's Coffee Cake

Ingredienti

1/4 c shortening

1 c sugar

2 eggs

1 c sour cream

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda into cream

1 1/2 c flour

salt

Topping:

1/2 c brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 c walnuts

1/2 c raisins

Istruzioni

Mix all ingredients, adding sour cream and soda last. In 9 inch square pan put 1/2 the batter.

Layer half the sugar mixture, rest of batter then rest of sugar mix.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
