Ingredienti

1 cup lactose free yogurt i.e. plain Forager's or Kite Hill

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2-1 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to your preference)

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil or garlic infused olive oil

Istruzioni

Add everything to a small bowl or jar and mix well until fully combined. Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed. Keep stored in the fridge in a seal-able container for a week.
