Ingredients per serving:

6oz Argentine red shrimp, raw

1/2 tbsp minced ginger

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 green onion

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp white pepper

6 sheets of rice paper

Sauce:

1/2 tbsp chili crisp

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tbsp brown sugar

2 green onion, whole, medium

1/4 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

How to make it yourself:

Istruzioni

Chop your shrimp into fine chunks and thinly dice your green onions

In a bowl, add your shrimp, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, and white pepper and mix well to create your filling

In a small bowl, mix together chili crisp, rice vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and thinly sliced green onions to make your sauce

Wet your rice paper in water and fold it in on itself on all sides to form a perfect square roughly 2.5 inches long

Place 1-2 tbsp of your filling onto the center of the square and pinch all of the corners of the rice paper square together tightly, completely sealing the filling inside to form a rice paper wonton

Place your wontons on a non-stick sheet of baking paper and place in your steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked

Once steamed, remove the wontons from the steamer and place into a bowl, pour your sauce on top of all the wontons, and enjoy!
