Ingredienti

2 cups flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1½ cups milk

¼ cup butter, melted

2 eggs

Istruzioni

Whisk dry ingredients together

Whisk wet ingredients together

Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Heat a skillet or greased pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto heated pan. When bubbles start to appear and the bottom is cooked, flip the pancake. Cook 1-2 minutes longer until golden brown on both sides
