100 g chopped kimchi
100 g Spam, diced

Prep the Toppings
Dice the Spam and chop the kimchi into small bite-sized pieces. In a skillet, stir-fry the Spam until lightly browned, then remove and cook the kimchi. Add a splash of sesame oil to enhance the aroma. Mix canned tuna with mayonnaise, sugar, and a dash of soy sauce for a creamy, savory topping. Fry your eggs sunny-side up and melt some shredded cheese on top while still warm.
Assemble Your Bowl
Scoop warm cooked rice into a bowl. Layer on your stir-fried Spam and kimchi, the tuna mayo mixture, and the cheesy fried egg. Finish with sweet corn, crushed seaweed flakes, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
