3 cups red wine vinegar

3 cups lemon juice

8 tablespoons flat leaf parsley

8 tablespoons honey

8 tablespoon tablespoons dried oregano

12 garlic cloves, chopped

4 tablespoons Dijon

4 tablespoon tablespoons dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste
