Gingerbread Houses

Ingredienti

1 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

4 cups flour

1 Tablespoon ginger

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Istruzioni

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter over medium heat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients and mix all together. Roll dough out into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Cut out two pieces for the roof (5 7/16" x 4 1/4") two sides (4 1/4" x 3 1/4") and the front and back sides (5" x 5 13/16") Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Glue together with a hot glue gun and then decorate with candies using vanilla frosting to hold them on.
