2 chicken breasts, diced

1 cup black beans (cooked)

1 cup corn kernels

1 cup cottage cheese

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

Methods:

Istruzioni

Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder until browned.

Stir in beans and corn, cooking until warmed through.

Lower heat and stir in cottage cheese until creamy.

Serve hot with fresh cilantro or lime wedges.
