Favorite Fridge Pickles

Ingredienti

4 cups cucumber slices 1/4 in or so

1 cup slivered Vidalia onions

3 thinly sliced garlic cloves or 2 whole cloves

1 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tsp mustard seeds

3/4 tsp kosher salt

Istruzioni

Place the veggies in a glass bowl.

Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour over veggies in bowl then cover and chill for 24 hours.

Place pickles in glass jars and refrigerate.
