Ingredienti

1 c sifted flour

2/3 c granulated sugar

1 tsp magic baking opwder

6 tbsp cold water

3 eggs, separated

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

Istruzioni

375 oven.

Line bottom of jell roll pan with greased paper.

Sift flour & baking powder together 4 times.

Combine egg white & salt, beat until stiff. Gradually add 1/3 c sugar. Beat yolks, add water, vanilla, 1/2 c sugar.

Fold yolk mixture into meringue then sift in dry mixture a third at a time, folding to combine after each addition.

Turn into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with fruit sugar, cover with tea towel, turn out & peel off paper, working quickly roll up & wrap in towel until set. Fill.
