手羽中 300g
昆布 10g
水 700ml
生姜スライス 数枚
長ネギ
絹ごし豆腐
〇30分弱火で。
豆腐は5分くらいお湯で茹でましょう
長ネギはあったほうが良いです!
味がガラっと変わります!
ごま油を最後に垂らしてもおいしいと思います!

10g kelp
700ml water
Several slices of ginger
Leek
Silken tofu
30 minutes on low heat.
Boil the tofu in hot water for about 5 minutes
Leek is a good idea!
The taste changes completely!
I think it would be delicious if you added sesame oil at the end!
