Cafe Rio Creamy Tomatillo Dressing (TO TRY)

Ingredienti

▢1/2 cup mayonnaise

▢1/2 cup sour cream

▢1/2 cup milk

▢1 teaspoon dried dill weed

▢1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

▢1/2 teaspoon dried chives

▢1/4 teaspoon onion powder

▢1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

▢1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

▢1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper

▢1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice adjust to taste

▢1 jalapeno halved with stem and seeds removed

▢1 garlic clove

▢1 tomatillo husk removed

▢1 large handful cilantro about 1 cup loosely packed

▢1 medium lime juiced, 1-2 tablespoons – adjust to taste

Istruzioni

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
