Ingredienti

Fill bread pan to the top with water and weigh.

Divide weight of water by:

1.78 for plain flour

1.71 for 50/50 whole wheat/plain flour

1.66 for whole wheat flour

The resulting value is the weight of bread dough for the pan involved.
