Ingredienti

5 c. sliced carrots

1 onion (sliced & separated into rings)

1 green pepper, chopped (opt.)

1 can tomato soup

½ c. salad oil

1c. sugar

1 tsp salt & dash of pepper

1 tsp salad mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

3/4 c. vinegar

Istruzioni

Boil carrots for 5 minutes. Drain & cool. Add remaining ingredients.

Marinate 24 hours. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.

Note: You can use 5 Ib. Instead of 5 c. of carrots.
