Korean Chili Oil Noodles in 5 Minutes

Ingredients (serve 1):

120g of knife cut noodles

3 tbsp of vegetable oil

2 tbsp of reserved noodle cooking water

Sauce:

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp gochujang or korean chili paste

1 ½ tbsp of peanut butter

2 tsp of chili flakes

1 tsp of sugar

1 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar

1/2 tsp of chicken powder

1 scallion, chopped

1 tsp of sesame seeds

Garnish:

Sesame seeds

Scallions or spring onions

Petunjuk

Cook your favorite noodles according to package instructions and transfer the noodles to a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients to the noodles and give it a good mix (add noodle water to loose the sauce if it is needed).

Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and enjoy
