Cookies and Cream cake

1 package white cake mix

1-1/4 C water

1/3 C oil

3 eggs

1 C coarsely crushed oreos (about 8)

Frosting:

4 to 4-1/2 C powdered sugar

1/2 C shortening

1/4 C milk

1 tsp vanilla

additional oreos, halfed and/or crushed

Petunjuk

350 degrees 30 mins.

Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Stir in crushed oreos. Pour into 2 greased 8" round cake pans. Bake for 30 mins. Cool for 10 mins. remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Frosting: beat sugar, shortening, milk and vanilla until smooth. frost cake. Decorate top with cookie halfs and sides with crushed cookies.
