2 apples of choice

2 tbsp (60g) 5% greek yoghurt

10g peanut butter (I used powdered, make into a loose PB)

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: 5g sugar free maple syrup

Petunjuk

Slice the apples thinly and then combine all of the ingredients in the deli container.

Put a lid on. Shake it all up and eat with chopsticks for best results (just kidding, that’s optional)
