EGG CHEESE AND CHILE CASSEROLE

2 to 3 medium cans chopped green chilis

16 oz. Cheddar cheese

16 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey

Jack cheese

4 eggs

3 Tbsp. flour

1 large can Pet milk

Petunjuk

• reverse order: Pour mixture over cheese and chiles. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. with chiles. Cover chiles with cheese. Beat eggs and add flour and Pet milk; stir until blended. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray glass 9x13 inch pan. Line bottom of pan.
