Animal Cracker Cookies

7 Tbsp (100g) softened butter

½ Cup (80g) brown sugar

¼ Cup (40g) sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ Cups (195g) all purpose flour

1/2 Tsp baking soda

1/2 Tsp salt

⅛ cup rainbow sprinkles

Frosted Animal Crackers

Petunjuk

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.

Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix to form a dough.

Fold the sprinkles into the dough.

Make 2 tablespoon sized dough balls and press pieces of Frosted Animal Crackers on top.

Bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
