Japanese Deviled Eggs

4 Hard boiled eggs
1 tsp Japanese rice vinegar
1 tbsp (American) Sweet Relish
1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
Benishoga, red dyed ginger, in the Asian food section
Petunjuk
1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half, and separate the egg whites and yolk in different bowls.
2. Mash up the egg yolk.
3. 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
4. Take a table spoon of the Sweet Relish and place it in a paper towel to squeeze out excess vinegar
5. Mix the Sweet Relish with the mashed egg yolks
6. 1 TBS, (roughtly), of the Kewpie mayonnaise to the egg yold bowl.
7. On the egg whites lightly salt
8. Stuff egg yolk back onto the egg whites
9. Place a small garnish of the Benishoga on top of the deviled eggs.
