This 2-minute High Protein Apple Crumble Is Sweet, Comfortin

1 apple, diced

1 tbsp water

1 tsp coconut sugar

Big sprinkle of cinnamon

Crumble:

1/3 cup oats

1 serving vanilla protein powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tbsp honey or maple syrup

1-2 tbsp water

Dollop of Greek yoghurt, to top

Petunjuk

Add the diced apple, water, cinnamon and coconut sugar to a small microwave safe bowl and stir well. Pop into the microwave for 1 minute on high. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon and honey. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture.

Pour crumble over the apple and pop back into the microwave for 1 minute.

Top with a dollop of greek yogurt, a sprinkle of cinnamon and an extra drizzle of honey on top. Enjoy while hot!
