Chocolate Chess Pie

Bahan-bahan

1 stick real butter (land o lakes)

2 squares semi-sweet chocolate.

1 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Petunjuk

Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan

Mix all other ingredients in bowl and combine with melted chocolate/butter

Pour into a 9” traditional pie crust (not deep dish)

Bake 350 degrees for 35 mins.

Cool completely. Does NOT need refrigeration.

Top should “break away” from edge of pie crust once done

When using store bought frozen crust, use a fork to prick bottom of crust and warm up in the oven for a few minutes (before pouring pie filling)
