CHERRY DELIGHT - MY DAD'S FAVORITE

Bahan-bahan

Egg Whites. 8

Cream of Tartar. 1 tsp

White Sugar. 525 gm

Soda Crackers. 145 gm

Walnuts 113 gm

Vanilla 1.5 tsp

Dream Whip. 2 2/3 envelopes

Cherry Pie Filliing. 1550 gm. (2 2/3 cans)

OR Raspberry OR Blueberry

Makes TWO (2) 9" X 13" pans

Petunjuk

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until almost stiff.

Add sugar gradually, continue beating until stiff.

Add 1 tsp Vanilla.

Fold in crackers and nuts.

Spread in 2 pans 9" X 13"

Bake at 350F X 25 minutes.

Let Cool

Spread with 2 2/3 envelopes of prepared Dream Whip

Spread with 2 2/3 cans of pie filling of choice

Refrigerate.
