Captain Rodney’s Cream Cheese Pepper Dip

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese (softened, room temperature)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 green onions (chopped)
6 crackers (crumbled, like Ritz)
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, or 1/2 cup of bacon bits)
1/2 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze (*divided* substitution: red pepper jelly, warmed)
Garnishes

chopped green onions

Preheat the oven to 350℉. In a mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onions and 1/4 cup of the Boucan Glaze or warm pepper jelly.
Spread mixture into a baking dish. Top with crushed butter crackers.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with extra crispy bacon, drizzle on the remaining 1/4 cup of the Boucan Glaze. Garnish with extra chopped green onions.
Serve with crackers, toast points, tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
