Beetroot, blood orange, raisins & radicchio

Bahan-bahan

Salad:

100 g radicchio, shredded

1 small Sicilian blood orange, thinly sliced

1 beetroot, thinly sliced

Handful of golden raisins

Handful of pumpkin seeds, toasted

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Dressing:

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp cider vinegar

Pinch of salt

Petunjuk

1. Assemble the salad from the ingredients.

2. Mix the dressing.

3. Serve.
