Cheese Bread (No Knead)

Bahan-bahan

1 1/2 cups warm water

2 1/4 tsp. yeast, regular or quick rise work

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

2 cups grated cheese, usually cheddar but can use any combination you want

Optional Seasonings Onion powder, garlic powder I like Kinders buttery onion, and/or garlic and herb. Use about 1 tsp or as little or as much as you like.

Petunjuk

In a bowl mix together by hand water, yeast, flour and seasonings (if using Kinders omit the salt) until a shaggy dough forms. Add cheese

Remove dough from bowl. Grease bowl with a bit of oil. Place dough back into bowl and cover with a towel. Set aside for 1½ hours or till double in size

Dump dough onto some parchment paper. Shape as needed and place into preheated Dutch oven.

Bake in preheated 450° oven (preheat Dutch oven as well) for 25 minutes.

Remove lid and broil for 5 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool before cutting.
