Venison Chili Dog

1 lb ground venison

½ white onion, diced

½ green bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (14 oz) can chili-ready tomatoes, drained

14 oz tomato sauce

Chili seasoning (Packet is Fine)

Hotdog buns

Hotdogs

Cheddar cheese

Petunjuk

Sauté onion, pepper, and jalapeño until soft.

Add ground venison and cook until almost done.

Stir in chili-ready tomatoes (smash them down), then add tomato sauce.

Add garlic and chili seasoning.

Let simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Add to your favorite hotdog

Broil in the oven until cheese melts.
