4 spring onions, thinly sliced 1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced A thumb-sized piece of peeled ginger, grated 400g turkey mince A small bunch of coriander leaves 50ml rapeseed oil To serve:

Petunjuk

1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the spring onions, chilli, ginger, turkey mince, coriander and oil. Use clean hands to mix everything together until well-combined. 2 Divide the mixture into four even portions and shape into burgers. Place

them on an oiled plate, cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for one hour until they firm up. This will ensure they keep their shape and don t fall apart when grilling. 3 Heat the barbecue on a medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side until they are completely cooked through. Serve in fresh, crusty baps with salad leaves and a generous dollop of sweet chilli sauce.
