Apple Butter French Toast

2 slices bread

15g apple butter

1/4 cup vanilla protein shake

1/4 cup egg whites

Cinnamon

Crumble topping

1/2 tbsp butter

1/2 tbsp flour

1/2 tbsp brown sugar

Vanilla Drizzle

Vanilla Greek yogurt

Splash protein shake

Maple syrup to taste

Petunjuk

Spray a baking dish with PAM

Spread apple butter onto bread creating a sandwich and cut into bite size pieces.

Place in dish.

Mix together protein shake, egg whites and cinnamon pour over top.

Mix crumble mixture together and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Mix yogurt, syrup and protein shake together and drizzle over top.
