1.5 lbs Chicken Breast or thighs

1 tbsp Mustard

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Cayenne

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

2 tbsp Salt

2 tsp Black Pepper

Low calorie buns

Romaine Lettuce

Light Mayo

2 cups cornflakes

Petunjuk

Mince chicken and put it in a mixing bowl.

Add seasonings and mustard to minced chicken and combine.

Put cornflakes in a blender or chopper and pour into a separate mixing bowl.

Scoop out a small portion of the minced chicken and roll into a ball. Roll the chicken ball in the cornflakes until fully coated. Flatten coated chicken ball into the shape of a patty. Repeat until chicken is gone.

Spray air fryer with cooking spray and place chicken patties in air fryer. Spray top of chicken with cooking spray and black pepper. Air fry for 390° for 10 minutes.

Chop lettuce.

Toast buns with butter in a pan or the oven.

Add mayonnaise to buns, lettuce, and chicken patty.
