Smoked Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip

1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 ½ cups shredded smoked cheddar cheese
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, chopped
½ lb thick-cut bacon, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Chives
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for more depth)
Black pepper, to taste
For dipping: chips or baguette chips

Cook the chicken and bacon → chop into pieces and set aside for later.
Mix the base → In a large skillet, combine mayo, sour cream, ranch seasoning, lemon, smoked paprika, cheese, and chives.
Add the chicken and bacon → Stir in chicken and most of the bacon (save some for topping).
Smoke → Spread into a cast iron skillet, top with extra cheese + bacon, then smoke at 225–250°F for 30–45 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish → Sprinkle with chives and reserved bacon before serving.
