1 cup yogurt of choice
2 cups almond flour
everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)
Petunjuk
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and almond flour. Keep stirring until you reach a dough-like consistency. If it's too sticky, add more almond flour.
2. Roll the mixture into balls and coat each ball in everything but the bagel seasoning.
3. Transfer the balls to a parchment lined baking sheet (this batch made 12 bagel bites).
4. Bake in the oven at 350F for 22 minutes.
5. Let cool completely, add your favorite spread and enjoy!
