Chocolate avocado mousse

Bahan-bahan

1/2 C medjool dates, soaked

1/2 C maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 to 1-1/2 C mashed avocado (about 2-3)

3/4 C cocoa powder

1/2 C water

Petunjuk

In a food processor, blend dates, syrup and vanilla until smooth. Add avocado and cocoa and process until creamy. Add water and process until smooth. Store in frig for 3 days or freezer up to 2 weeks.
