6 Minute Garlic Fried Rice

12 Garlic Cloves, finely minced

500g Cooked Rice (preferably a day old)

4 Tbsp Soy Sauce @lkkeurope

2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

7 Spring Onion Sticks, finely chopped

1 Tsp Chinese 5 Spice

3/4 Tsp Grounded Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp Salt

4 Tbsp Oil

OPTIONAL: Chilli Garlic Oild @lkkeurope

Petunjuk

Heat oil on low heat. Then add the minced garlic and stir over heat until they’re lightly browned. Separate the fried garlic and set that aside frying the chopped spring onion over low heat

Once the spring onion slightly browns, add in the day old rice along with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, fried garlic, Chinese 5 spice, salt and pepper mixing that really well over high heat

Plate up garnishing with fried garlic, spring onions and garlic chilli oil for heat
