Baby’s 30 Minutes Dinner

Greek Fried Eggs

Bahan-bahan

  • 1-2 Large eggs

  • 1/4C Olive oil

  • 2-3 Kalamata or Green olives

  • 1 Fresh thyme

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Petunjuk

  • Heat olive oil, olive, pinch of salt, and thyme in a pan over medium heat, until the oil is nice and hot.

  • Crack egg(s) into the hot pan/oil, then spoon the hot oil over the eggs repeatedly until the edge is crispy and the yolk is set to your liking. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Catatan

  • This is by far, my FAVORITE breakfast eggs. But it can be a perfect snack/lunch w/ a couple slices of hard crusted bread, some yogurt, or a salad.

  • I prefer green (Halkidiki) over Kalamata, but its entirely your choice
