chocolate fudge frosting

Bahan-bahan

1/2 C melted butter

1/3 C water

1/3 C cocoa

4+ C powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Petunjuk

bring butter and water to a boil. Pour boiling butter/water into a bowl with cocoa pdr and powdered sugar. Stir. Add vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined. Will thicken up a bit as it cools.

Catatan

Can try powdered sucanat. Might add a bit of a caramel flavor to it.
