Green Beans In Tomato Sauce

Green beans ~1 bag

Garlic

Large red tomatoes (bigger than Roma)

Little tomato paste

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

Petunjuk

Cut beans and trim ends and pull string, cut into 3 in pieces

Chop garlic

Hot water on tomatoes remove skin

Cut into small pcs

Olive oil cook garlic w wooden spoon for 1-2 mins

Add beans mix wait till they’re deeper green

Add tomatoes

Add paprika salt pepper

Let cook for a bit

Add tbsp tomato paste

Add little 1/2 cup water to make sauce not soup

Cover on low until beans soft - 30-40 mins
