Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon soda

1 cup shortening

3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon hot water

Walnuts

1 package of butterscotch

2 cups oatmeal quick

1 teaspoon vanilla

Petunjuk

Cream together the shortening, brown sugar, granulated sugar. Add in the eggs and hot water. Add in the flower and baking soda. Add in the walnuts, butterscotch chips, oatmeal, and vanilla.

Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes
