Petunjuk
Mash the banana in a pot, add protein shake, vanilla, and egg whites. Bring to a boil and add the oats whisking constantly until thickened.
Catatan
Add cut up fruits, peanut butter, nuts, chia seeds, honey or syrup to your liking.
