High Protein Buffalo Chicken Salad

4 cups of diced chicken

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup blue cheese

1/3 cup of buffalo sauce

1/2 diced red onions

1/4 cup green onions (optional)

Spices: 1 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, add more green onions, blue cheese on top and enjoy!
