Air fried chicken

Dredge a chicken thigh in flour then a beaten egg and then into crushed corn flakes, air fry at 385F for 16 minutes

Sesame sauce

Petunjuk

In a pan add sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, honey, and sesame seeds, cook till reduced a little and add 1 Tbsp of corn starch mix till thickened.

Cucumber, daikon, carrot salad

This is a spin off the toppings on a banh mi sandwich, add sliced portions of cucumber daikon and carrot ( optional jalapeño ) garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, avocado oil and fresh lime. Shake well and enjoy
