For the Shrimp:
1 ยฝ shrimp, peeled and deveined ๐ค
1 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
1 tbsp @spicexseasoning Daily Blend
For the Peanut Sauce:
1/4 cup peanut butter ๐ฅ
1 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 teaspoon sriracha or chilli sauce ๐ถ๏ธ
2 garlic cloves ๐ง
1 tsp fresh ginger ๐ซ
1 lime, juiced ๐๐ฉ
Water, to thin (1-2 tbsp) ๐ฆ
Petunjuk
Place everything in a measuring cup (or blender) and blend using an immersion blender. Set aside.
Additional ingredients:
100 grams cooked and cooled rice noodles ๐
1.5 cups purple cabbage, sliced
2 small carrots, sliced ๐ฅ
2 mini cucumbers or a large one, ๐ฅ
1 small jalapeรฑo, sliced
1 avocado, sliced (optional) ๐ฅ
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped ๐ฟ
1/4 cup mint, chopped ๐ฟ
1/2 cup chopped Peanuts (optional) ๐ฅ
Method : Assemble, mix & enjoy! Stores perfect in the fridge for meal prep and even better the next day! Can be eaten cold too โ๏ธ
