625g chicken breast

300g brown basmati rice

300g red onion

2 bell peppers

200g @ayamaustralia light sweet chilli

125g @phillyaus light cream cheese

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp mixed herbs

2 spring onions

Petunjuk

boil the rice as per instructions on packet

fry the onions until softened

add the chicken and cook until almost cooked through, then stir through the garlic and paprika

add the peppers and cook until the chicken is fully cooked

mix through the sweet chilli sauce and philadelphia, then once bubbling, reduce to a simmer

stir through the mixed herbs and season with salt to your liking

divide between 5 portions with the rice and garnish with spring onion!!
