Chicken Tikka Masala

1 lb Chicken Thighs, diced
1 medium onion or 2 small ones, sliced
1 tbsp Olive oil
Ginger, crushed
Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp tomato paste (I sometimes use ketchup)
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Caradamam
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1/4 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Salt
Can of creamy tomato soup
Dash of heavy cream
Petunjuk
- Heat oil in a large pan then add your onions and cook them for about 5 minutes, or until they have softend and browned at the edges.
- Next add in the crushed ginger and garlic and cook for a further minute; add in your tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes or until its darkens and coats onions.
- Add in the chicken thighs and spices and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in the tomato soup; bring to a boil and leave to simmer on a low to medium heat for around 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream.
