Ranch Chicken Salad

3 large cooked chicken breasts *see note for cooking method

1 cup celery, diced small

6 slices turkey bacon, cooked

5 green onions, diced.

3/4 cup greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried dill

1 tsp parsley

3 tbsp water

Petunjuk

Shred chicken by blending in a food processor for 5-10 seconds. This gives the chicken the best texture. Alternatively, shred very finely by hand.

Meanwhile, chop up celery, green onions, and bacon and add to a large bowl. Pour in shredded chicken and toss.

In a small bowl, mix together greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice and all spices. Then add water. Whisk until well combined.

Add ranch into chicken mixture and stir until well combined. Enjoy!

Serve with crackers, on bread, with veggies.
