FOR THE WRAP:
> 4 LARGE FLATBREADS OR
TORTILLAS › 1 CUP CHERRY TOMATOES,
HALVED > 1/2 CUCUMBER, THINLY SLICED > 1/4 RED ONION, THINLY SLICED > 1/2 CUP SHREDDED LETTUCE

DIRECTIONS HALF IF DESIRED.
1. COOK THE CHICKEN: IN A BOWL, COMBINE OLIVE OIL, MINCED GARLIC, DRIED OREGANO. SMOKED PAPRIKA, LEMON JUICE, SALT, AND FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER.
2. TOSS CHICKEN IN THE MARINADE: TOSS THINLY SLICED BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS IN THE OLIVE OIL, MINCED GARLIC, DRIED OREGANO, SMOKED PAPRIKA, LEMON JUICE, SALT, AND FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER MIXTURE AND LET SIT FOR 15-20 MINUTES.
3. HEAT A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT AND COOK CHICKEN FOR 4-5 MINUTES PER SIDE UNTIL FULLY COOKED AND LIGHTLY GOLDEN: HEAT A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT AND COOK THE MARINATED BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS FOR 4-5 MINUTES PER SIDE UNTIL FULLY COOKED AND LIGHTLY GOLDEN.
4. PREPARE THE CREAMY FETA SAUCE: IN A SMALL BOWL, BLEND CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE, GREEK YOGURT, OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, MINCED GARLIC, AND BLACK PEPPER UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. CHILL UNTIL READY TO SERVE. REASON: INGREDIENT NAMES FULLY WRITTEN.
5. ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS: WARM FLATBREADS OR TORTILLAS SLIGHTLY. SPREAD A GENEROUS LAYER OF CREAMY FETA SAUCE ON EACH FLATBREAD OR TORTILLA.
6. ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS: LAYER EACH FLATBREAD OR TORTILLA WITH COOKED BONELESS. SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS, HALVED CHERRY TOMATOES, THINLY SLICED CUCUMBER, THINLY SLICED RED ONION, AND SHREDDED LETTUCE OR BABY SPINACH. ROLL TIGHTLY AND SLICE IN
