Peanut Butter Cookies

Bahan-bahan

1 c shortening - (chewy - marg)

1 c sugar

1 c brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 c peanut butter

3 c sifted all purpose flour

2 tsp soda

1/2 salt

Petunjuk

Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla

Stir in peanut butter

Shift all dry ingredients, stir into cream mixture.

Drop by rounded tsp on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with back of floured fork

Bake 10 - 12 mins at 350⁰
