12 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1½ cups heavy cream

How to Make It
1️⃣ Boil & Cool the Shells
Boil the jumbo shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water so they stay firm and easy to stuff — perfect texture for creamy baked pasta.
